Basically a tootsie roll in a glass. Very boozy and delightful. Highly recommend.
Bright, sweet, and the right mix of English bitter. Needs a bit more carbonation however, as it lacks the pop I'm looking for.
Pours thick and hearty. Perfect mix of chocolate, coffee and bitter notes. Always a treat.
A delightful heavy hitter. Brown sugar notes hit you up front. Heavy hop notes round it out. Yummy.
There is some hop notes trying to come out, but the smokiness overwhelmed it.
Fuller's Vintage Ale (2014)
Full bodied malt forward. Hints of brown sugar linger wanting to come forward. Needs aging.
Goes down smooth with a quick hint of malt. Finishes with loads of hop notes. Very enjoyable.
Very subtle pine notes, but nothing of note. Wish it had more hop to it.
Citrus and pine notes punctuates this tasty pale ale. Simple yet very well done.
Notes of malt and cereal round out this nice take on a summer ale. Not bad.
A simple IPA, with subtle malt on the front, with a nice bitter grapefruit finish. Nicely done.

Bellevue Rye IPA (2015)
This hits all the right notes. Fruity notes on the top, with a nice hop bitterness mixed with rye spice. Lovely.
Smooth crushable pale, with a tad more hops then you'd expect. Nice well rounded session ale.
Lacking any dry hopped flavor at all, but still a passable golden ale.
Subtle hints of smoke without over powering you. A delightful intro to porters.
Light bodied sour. Delightful to drink. Finishes very smooth. Seek this out.
Sweet with a ever so subtle Saison flavor at the very top, with out the over the top sourness. Lovely beer.
A unique pale with lovely aromas throughout. This has a lovely crisp almost cider-esq profile.
Perfect mix of sour and fruit, this is a utter delight to drink. Great intro to sour beers.
Heavy hitting, this is a grand stout. Loads of chocolate and light coffee. Will age very well.

Russian River Consecration (Lot 1 Batch 1)
Aged 10 years (!). Yeasty. Sour. Subtle tobacco flavor. Finishes heavy. Yet clean.
Not much in the way of IPA flavors, rather loads you up with barley wine flavor. Tasty.
Loads of wine flavors hit you up front. Smooths out with lovely woodsy malt flavor. Utter delight.
Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale (unknown release)
This aged utterly fantastic. Loads of brown sugar throughout with a delightful grapefruit finish. 1998 vintage.
Almanac Devil's Advocate (2014)
This hits you up front with sour notes, but reminds you that there is hops involved. Delicious.
Sweet and with just the right amount of malt. Sweet and tart.
A face punch of booze and heavy hitting abv. Very slow sipping beer. Aged well.
Fremont Barrel Aged B-Bomb (2011)
A delight. Aged very well. Pulled in a more mellow bourbon flavor with hints of cinnamon and light fruit. Vintage from 2011.
Overpowering grapefruit take over an otherwise tasty summer ale. Pull back on the fruit and you'd have a great summer sipper.
Surprisingly tasty! Chili is subtle, and the cinnamon hits all the right notes. Well done.
This is how you do a Citra. Perfect mix of bitterness and fruit. Simply put: A great summer treat.
Great mix of smoke and a slight coffee note. Not at all over powering. A true hard hitting, yet smooth, stout.
A decent hefeweizen. Could maybe have used slightly more tangerine on the top to make it a better summer sipper. Still, well done.

Smooth easy drinking. Fruity in the nose with a hint of bitter hops. Lovely beer to enjoy fresh.
Malt on the nose. Has a ever so slight Smokey hint on the front. Finishes with the right amount of bitter for a pale. Well done.
Typical sourness on the nose. But bursts out with fizzy spicy notes with a hint of honey. Finishes typical with slight sour notes.
Intense sweet and hoppy notes hit you up front. Smooth hop on the finish. Yet, a powerhouse. Careful with this one.
A delightful pure kölsch direct from Germany, this has loads of grain and malt flavor which is what you want in a good German beer.
Black Raven La Mort Rouge (2015)
With a one two punch of brown sugar and light wine notes, this is a hard hitting delightful beer. Worth seeking out.
