From the brewer

A pale lager beer made without the darker malts that we use in Roslyn Beer. It is hopped primarily with Yakima Hallertau hops, and may remind you of a beer you might find at a small gasthaus in Germany. It is especially popular with people who like full-bodied, lighter beers with mild hopping, and is named for the Brookside neighborhood of Roslyn.

Who's been drinking this

Better than my memory of it (eight years old!) but I've gotta tell you, the pickings at Suncadia are very, very slim.
What a fantastic find. Simple, strait forward pale lager. Crisp. Clean. Elegant.
Bottle
Lots of funk in the smell. Tastes like a strong Euro pilsner with northwest hops added and a sharp, bitter middle. Wanted something crisp, and this wasn't it for me.
Smells, a little funky. Has a good clean malt taste and finishes short but with a bit of sourness.
