From the brewer

In mythology, the raven can play tricks or otherwise disobey normal rules, hence the name Trickster. This well-balanced IPA has a light fruit, citrus and piney hop aroma with a full hop flavor. With delicately balanced malt and hops and a 6.9% ABV, this beer has truly earned its name.

Draft at Work
Draft at Blazing Onion, Mill Creek
Clean flavorful body, slightly spiced hop bitterness.
Draft
More carbonated and clear than the cask version. Very strong straightforward hops bitterness. I did not really like it... it was somehow not crisp enough to pull off this kind of hoppiness.
So delightfully smooth and tasty. Yet has all the characteristics of an IPA. Yummy.
Bottle
So smooth and tons of flavor. And just the right amount of hop flavor.
If you have already had two Tricksters, better just enjoy a third.
Draft
If you have already had a Trickster, the second one is just as tasty as the first.
Draft
Certainly not as citrusy (is that a word?) or easy drinking as the Beaktweeker, but great refreshing IPA if you are in the mood.
Draft
I can tell there's quality in this beer, and the less-bitter finish is pleasing to me, but it's just too pungently resinous on the nose to be a favorite. Still, it's a lot better than the Totem Pale.
Mango-sweet with a strong bitter bite at the finish.
