Logs for beers from this brewery

Impressions from last time still hold, except I’m not sure it grew on me this time.
Very strange flavor at first before I realized this was kind of an unsweet maple syrup beer. Burnt sugar. Grew on me.
Tastes like dark chocolate covered lamb.
Bottle at Home
Fruity but not fake. Like a strawberry pie. Not tart, just a round, bright flavor.
Yeasty/buttery, light Belgian spice. Golden and sweet.
Ugh, totally not my thing. Very yeasty amber; barely any "Belgian" flavor profile despite the label, but a dry, almost sour flavor and a harsh bitterness. Rare Unibroue total miss.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Light and fairly kolsch-ish, but slightly spicy like a wit.
Bottle at Home
LIght, almost fruity. Not bananas, maybe more like a very mild orange. It's actually quite good.
Bottle at Home
Decent. I guess I said "solid".

Unibroue La Résolution (unknown release)
Dark, kind of like fake candy. It's not bad, but doesn't have the best flavor profile.
Dark fruit, good taste. Reminds me a bit of a Belgian quadruple.
Bottle at A Friend's
It's like a beer mixed with some crushed Apple. Not sweet like cider (or applesauce) .It's kind of a cool combination
Bottle at A Friend's
Had to try that Trader Joe's beer from my hometown! Clean with a lot of fruity and spicy yeast flavors. Light yeast bitterness.
Bottle at Home
Well balanced, with the flavor of meaty red fruit.
Bottle at A Friend's
Unibroue labeled cork. Smell and taste has a liver quality, lingering meaty gray sort of taste. Nice bubbly quality.
Bottle
Kind of watery, like something that has a long road ahead of it to become a Belgian Abby ale. It's like it's trying to be inoffensive.Which I find offensive.
I think this might be better in the bottle than on draft.
So a bottle open for a day, even with a wine stopper in it,doesn't seem as good.Maybe it's worth sticking to the small bottles now that I've found a source
Bottle at Home
This one gives me hints of orange zest
Bottle at Home
Yeasty coriander. Sweet, but not a particular flavor of sweet (many similar beers taste of banana) .
A great and complex mix of flavors that keep evolving as your mouth gets used to some of them. Plum, citrus, christmas spices, mild yeast tang and bitterness. Very faint hint of boozyness as well.
Scent of plum and candi sugar. Really delicious holiday flavors in this beer, with a lot of gingerbread, caramel, plum, clove, maybe some nutmeg. The finish almost wraps around to toasted coconut. It's been a while since I had it, but my memory wants to put this on a shelf with St. Bernardus Christmas Ale.
Raisin oat bran muffin in a beer. Lots of molasses and dried fruit flavors in a meaty beer with a prickly, creamy head. Very nice.
Solid tasty Belgian flavor!
Not a huge smell, but great fruit flavors on the palate. A bit of yeasty funkiness to.
Bottle at Den of Iniquity
Aaahhhh a good beer from back home :) Refreshing and not too wheaty with a fruity taste. I do agree though that it ends pretty flat without any aftertaste.
Wits are still not my favorite style, but this one was enjoyably drinkable, despite being light on wheat flavor and slightly musty & coriander-forward.
Spicy, but candy-like and uncomplicated, like drinking fresh-baked gingerbread.
Any beer that calls itself "the end of the world" deserves a taste.
Crisp, fizzy, witbier. A perfect non-champagne for a friend's birthday. Like any beer in a large bottle, it's not something I'd buy unless I were having folks over. I can never finish a bottle before it goes flat.
Bottle at A Friend's
What I think the Stumptown Tart was trying for - not quite tart, but the Belgian wit character comes through strongly and naturally with the fruit, with a remarkably clean finish.
Very good Belgian golden ale, reminds me of the Pranqster with the characteristic Unibroue taste.
Bottle at Home
This beer is at the bar downstairs from me right now at work and what I am drinking in spirit at 10am.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
A very strong and pungent Belgian, decently fruity IIRC.
Bottle at Home
A very strong and pungent Belgian, a go-to every once in a while when I'm building Ikea furniture.

I like Unibroue's exploration of flavors with bottle conditioned fermentation, and they make some great beers with that style like Le Fin Du Mond. This one, in my opinion, just takes it too far. I felt like my palate was trying to fight the funkiness of the yeast (which complement other beers very well) to try to find other flavors in the beer without much success.
