I like Unibroue's exploration of flavors with bottle conditioned fermentation, and they make some great beers with that style like Le Fin Du Mond. This one, in my opinion, just takes it too far. I felt like my palate was trying to fight the funkiness of the yeast (which complement other beers very well) to try to find other flavors in the beer without much success.
