Logs for beers from this brewery

This tastes like beer...mixed with the dried residue of McDonalds BBQ sauce.
Some nice round fruity flavors.
Caramel, smooth. Not super distinctive but smooth and good.
Moderately tart, slightly watery. The quality of the cherry was not sweet, but still syrup-like, vaguely reminiscent of medicine. Wasn't a huge fan.
Pours thick and hearty. Perfect mix of chocolate, coffee and bitter notes. Always a treat.
Still good while drinking it through a straw.
Nitro Draft at Zeeks pizza
Beer at the ballet! A bit of yeast tanginess and a moderately hoppy finish. I had no choice but to drink it from the bottle so I didn't get the full experience.
Biscuity malts, not too bitter
Draft at Tap House
Very smooth, bourbon aged malts at the beginning, finish is drier/roastier than others
Bottle at Den of Iniquity
Still remarkable. Something I didn't note before, which is a nice roasted malt flavor on top, not detracting from the smoothness in any way.
Bottle
A nice citrus hoppiness up front, leading to a maltiness on the back for a balanced finish. Nicely nuanced.
Bottle at Home
Quite malty, some citrus and fruit.
Bottle at Home
I think the batch I got may be a bit off... the malt tastes over-roasted (it's a bit bitter instead of hugely flavorful) and the beer overall seems a bit thin.
Bottle at Home
Lighter bodied Belgian, fruitiness from the yeast lead (enough to give a great flavor but no funkiness at all). Finishes crisply, on the sweet side.
Bottle at Home
The esoteric appeal is worth the beatings.
Bottle at Home
Beautiful, smooth, rich stout. Real barrel character without being boozy. Just a remarkable beer, all around.
Bottle
Take old Rasputin and make it smooth as butter.
Nitro Draft at Restaurant
Watery, sweet lager - ehhh. Surprisingly disappointing for North Coast.
Bottle at Work
Smooth fine bitterness with a bit of chalky texture. Coffee roasty nuttiness.
A bit to to bitter for right now.
Bottle at Home
Very rich chocolate taste with a sold stout finish. Liked it a lot
Nitro Draft at Malt & Vine, Redmond
Nitro is still not my thing, but this was very good. Nice chocolate malt notes with a creamy finish... Easy to forget this is 9% strong.
Nitro Draft at Malt & Vine, Redmond
Clean with some character on the palate; would help if it was a bit warmer outside.
Had this with the Deschutes version. This is more carbonated and drier, with little fragrance at first ("funky cheese"), opening up to an IPA-like hoppy florality as it gets warmer. Much stronger raw alcohol hit, and a bitter finish. Not as enjoyable to drink, overall.
Smells somewhat funky, hard to find something pleasant with the odor. Tingly tongue experience from some bitterness. Otherwise taste isn't doing much for me.
Had this with the North Coast version. This is sweeter and maltier in both fragrance and taste, with a pleasant, almost-Belgian character. The alcohol is masked, but gets stronger over time. Very drinkable.
Sweet malt landing, finishes slightly bitter.
Nice and crisp, good level of carbonation. Hard to get a sense of the subtle flavors drinking it from the bottle -- will try it in a glass next time.
Bottle at Home
It's...beer. Very light flavor, slight maltiness. Entirely inoffensive, but not very interesting either.
Typical Belgian spice profile, mellow and effervescent. A safe go-to beer, if you're in a Belgian mood.
Bottle at Home
Great malt flavor depth with a clean finish from hops.
