Logs for beers from this brewery

The sourest beer of the day, unidentifiable fruit, caramel.
Sweet and light, not bitter, not sour, not super interesting.
A very mild, lightly chocolate-tinged stout with a spicy finish. The spice is clearly chili, a bit of vegetal quality but with a mild, warm, slow buildup. Very nice, and much less assertive than other chili beers we've had recently.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Solid baltic porter, with a nice, milk-stout-like lactic sweetness to the finish. The coffee flavor was very good. I haven't thought about Green Flash in a while, but this is definitely helping put them back on my radar.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Crisp, powerful grapefruit and citrus fruits flavors. I'd say it was less hoppy than most IPAs.
Just last week I had another dry-hopped sour, the La Tormenta. Where that had a kind of funky tartness, this was a more forward, weiss-like sour, and therefore less unexpected. It also combined with the hop fragrance to leave a clean, fresh sheen over the flavor. The Tormenta was altogether more memorable and, honestly, better, though.
Really great citrus flavors and a bit of bitterness, not too much malt so not too heavy. Easy to drink for a true IPA, this is how to do a session IPA right!
Bottle at Pool
Sweet cereal smell. Soapy finishing hop taste detracts overall but the sweetish-cereal body is persistent and eventually overcomes the bitterness.
Barest of tastes, but it was very promising. Dry, with a bit of tang, followed by a pilsner-like bitterness.
Pineapple/tropical fruit smell and a lesser bit on the palate. Malt gives it a gravity such that the fruitiness doesn't dominate. Finish is bitter.
Bottle at Den of Iniquity
Holy crap. I have to admit this beer was way too much for me. Dank resin, bitterness, and boozy alcohol all wrapped up in a giant fist to the face. I do have to admire the audacity, though. Thanks, Zack!
Bottle at Home
A bitter IPA, malts give the beer backbone but leave a lingering bitterness (as I'd expect out of a "west coast" style IPA, especially from San Diego). Not the most flavorful hops, leaning towards resinous.
Bottle at Home
Well done for the style, I just don't love reds. Malt profile backed by bitterness reminds me of an English bitter like Old Speckled Hen.
Bottle at Home
Very similar in flavor profile to the Pliny, but with a bit more caramel malt flavor. Still, directly after Pliny this tasted somewhat watery.
Bottle at Work
A well hopped IPA, as one would expect from Green Flash. Same flavors as their west coast, but a bit more muted.
Draft at Restaurant
Thanks Zack! The description pretty much nails it, this is a sweet, malty, hoppy beer. Manages to balance the malt and hops well, even though both are quite strongly present.
Bottle at Work
Malt back with a pleasant spicy hop forward taste.
An ipa with an initial blast of hops without the bitter twist. Citrusy and fruity.
Well, it's certainly a triple! A strong beer, but still drinkable. I got a bit of an alcohol taste at the end (not entirely surprising given the over 10% ABV. For an IPA I'm a little underwhelmed by the lack of bitterness, There's a bit there but it mainly leans towards the malt. All in all not a bad triple, but no flavors shine through to make this a great triple.
Bottle at Home
Hop resiny smell. Pleasant hop body almost a graham cracker body/finish. Really pleasant finish, mild hop finish really just more about appreciating the body which is great.
Slightly cloudy, golden, nearly no head. Bitter like whoa, but a grapefruit-type bitterness that sat quite well with me.
Nicely fragrant, citrus-pine, with a clean, dry flavor going from husky grain to caramel to a peppery end, with good rye character throughout. Very little other bitterness in the finish.
Dry, peppery, nice lingering bitterness. Malt forward/mid.
The way IPA's should be - light and not overbearingly hoppy
Extremely resinous, some citrus. Very bitter and bitter finish.
