Logs for beers from this brewery

Pours clear, tastes of mellow caramel and bourbon. Lightly sweet and finishes clean, not a hint of bitterness. Very yummy.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Nice summer beer
Can at Home
Boring IPA. Also it was past midnight, so.
Bottle at Work
Puzzles! Easy to drink and tasty. It's a Mexican lager, not much else to say.
Bottle at Work
Jake brought in a beer! I really liked this. Pretty strong hop presence in the opening, with pungent pineapple notes, hints of grapefruit. Finishes with a malty cereal smoothness. It's been a while since I expored Full Sail's lineup, might be time again.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Creamy-sweet on nitro, with a good amount of cereal and mild fruitiness. Great for the sun.
Nitro Draft at Malt & Vine, Redmond
This is still a great beer. Pretty sweet and boozy it presents chocolate, molasses and caramel flavors.
I think they changed this up, and for the better. The fragrance is still strongly boozy, but flavor-wise this is super-smooth and goes down easily, with none of the components blaring in your face. The impression is of an after-dinner chocolate -- melts in the mouth very pleasingly and then disappears.
Basically a slightly thicker version of the Top Sail, complete with that weird flavor. Now, this one I know I've had before without noticing bad flavors, so I'm not sure what's up here.
This is probably context too, but this felt thin and had a strange, almost cucumber-like chemical tinge to it that I found unpleasant.
Enjoyable, but at least young out of the bottle not so complex or unified. Huge bourbon opening with an abrupt shift to solid stout -- all nice, but nothing to go out of your way for.
Bottle tasting
On the sweet side, but very enjoyable.
A bit of pils spiciness leading to a quagmire of nothing in particular.
Bottle at Home
Malty at the beginning and bitter on the finish. Almost astringent on the finish...
Bottle at Home
Sweet on the palate with a roasted malt presence (almost like an amber although not as full bodied), Finish is still sweet. Kind of like a lighter, lager version of an amber ale.
Bottle at Home
I don't know how trustworthy my taste was at this point, but I really enjoyed this. Fragrant and floral but also clearly still a pilsner, combining very harmoniously. I'd compare this to the Ninkasi Pravda, but with much more overtly American hop flavor.
It may be the aging or just being on draft, but this was awesome. Less sweet than your typical bourbon barrel stout, but with a good amount of complexity and a totally integrated flavor. Not too thick and with a totally clean finish. Yum.
Actually pretty good, and I usually dislike barley wines.
What's that, left over beer from the football game? We have nothing else? Sure ok.
Bottle at Home
This beer is starting to wear thin for me. It makes me sad.
Bottle at Home
We must, we must, we musty musty must.
Bottle at Work
Bit of the locker room funk to the smell. Thin taste.
Pretty appealing at first. I'm getting used to the funky... umm, sweat-flavored quality that Czech pilsners offer. But it started tasting just a tiny bit soapy over time. I'm marking this down for another try, though.
Bottle tasting at Work
Draft at Fresh Hop Ale Festival Yakima, WA
Overall, I liked it. It had the funk I was looking for and a nice, semi-savory finish... Really, only grain malt flavor (which I usually look for in a lager) was completely missing. I don't know. "Sweat-flavored" is not very appealing sounding but it sums up what I was looking for.
Funk to the smell. Syrupy, thicker. Empty void of flavor, "metallic" as it leaves a teeth/palette taste, but with a moderate amount of cereal taste.
A medium-hoppy, malty, caramel ale. The finish is a lot like the LTD 06 but with a much less creamy mouthfeel. Enjoyable and chewy.
Grassy-hop malt fragrance and flavor. Nice finish, round, clean and malty.
Bottle at Work
Hit most of the notes I wanted out of an Oktoberfest, with a nice nutty flavor and taste of grains. There's a bit of spicy hoppiness right at the front and a little more bitterness than I like at the end, but it's a crisp, fresh, and enjoyable beer.
Nope...nope, nope, nope, nope. I'm sure it is a fine beer, but this just isn't my style. My tastebuds feel hurt and abused.
Bottle at Home
The "pale" part of the name led me to believe it'd be a light beer. It's hoppier and a 9% (5%) more than I was expecting. The malts are good and smells nice.
Tastes clean -- a nice amber lager, but the old, wet horse blanket smell was hard to get past.
Smells like a wet dog was in the room about ten minutes ago. Luckily it tastes mostly not like that but that smell sticks around post-sip. Beer itself tastes pretty good.
Balanced bitterness, goes well with barbecue. Malt fills in the hoppy edge and finish. An approachable IPA.
Refreshing and clean, holds its own against barbeque very well.
Easily drinkable but nothing stands out. A beer that I'd turn to when eating but not necessarily by itself.
Clean, malty flavor, hint of floral hops, good carbon. Feels like it skirts with the edge of bitterness but totally doesn't go there. Yum!
Bottle at Home
Super appealing limited edition lager, just as good the second time.
Bottle at Home
Not as much body as I would like in a brown - almost cola-like. Not bad, but not something I'm likely to be in the mood for very often.
Bottle at Home
Solid lager with a toasty psuedo-chocolaty taste but without being chocolaty.
