The J in Big Daddy J's is our own Jason Muñoz, an OSU brew-sci grad who recently became a bonafide Big Daddy. This big-yet-balanced lager celebrates the latest milestone in his big - and now ever-so-slightly-less-balanced - life. Congrats Jason!

Overall, I liked it. It had the funk I was looking for and a nice, semi-savory finish... Really, only grain malt flavor (which I usually look for in a lager) was completely missing. I don't know. "Sweat-flavored" is not very appealing sounding but it sums up what I was looking for.
Funk to the smell. Syrupy, thicker. Empty void of flavor, "metallic" as it leaves a teeth/palette taste, but with a moderate amount of cereal taste.
