Logs for beers from this brewery

Surprisingly oakey. Hinted at a stout almost. Or I was projecting my desires onto it...
Can at Home
Mild banana, funky malt, Brett driness. Cherry is very light and gives more of a wine+pastry impression. Not revelatory, but complex enough to be intriguing, and pleasant besides.
Slightly sweet cream coffee Porter. Mild roast, light caramel, the slight sour mineral finish actually helps this one nicely
Slightly spiced Belgian pale like, banana bread. Some of that same mineral dry finish
Good bready mild bit of a soapy mineral finish dries mouth
Super drinking time. Also, how do you categorize a draft that went into a can?
Draft at Home
Very nutty and quite bitter. Offensive smell though.
Bottle at Home
Overpowering grapefruit take over an otherwise tasty summer ale. Pull back on the fruit and you'd have a great summer sipper.
Slighly tangy smell. Good roasted flavors, mild yeast tang.
Bottle
A nice change of pace for a barreled stout. This had a strongly toasty flavor, like toasted sesame or barley tea. The whiskey comes in clearly but not overwhelmingly -- just enough to smooth and give character. Very solid, and more characterful than I remember from Odin's other barrel aged stouts.
Smoky-dry but recognizably a Belgian dark. Still confusing, but this bottle was definitely better than the last.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Smooth. A bit... Non descript... But sort if in a good way.
Nitro Draft at Bar del Corso, Seattle
A good Thursday beer!
Bottle at Home
Very wheaty with slight bitterness on the finish.
A little more wood and dryness than I remember from the tap. Drinkable and just complex enough to not be boring, but lacking a certain kind of depth.
Strongly roasty without being too bitter, & just the barest touch of wood. It's priced like a regular craft stout and given that it's solidly tasty. It wouldn't stand out in a field of barrel-aged beers, though.
It says Tripel, tastes more like a Belgian IPA and a lot hoppier than I enjoy. Dry and spicy. I admit I probably would have enjoyed it more if they'd gotten the category right.
Good smell. Slightly sour on the tongue, light and crisp body.
Slight funky flowery smell. Musty middle, sort of off finish.
Crisp, tasty kölsch that was a touch bitter on the finish but was otherwise exactly what I was looking for.
Light golden Belgian flavor with a touch of pepper, slightest hint of smoke, citrusy tang and a clean, malt, slightly bitter finish.
Wow, that juniper adds a bite. I don't know why I didn't notice that before.
Smooth flavorful bitterness, thin malt body so bitterness lingers.
Dry but not sour, nice bourbon on top of a solid thin-bodied stout.
Resinoys/bitter sort of faint aftertaste. Flat taste when cold. Much more character when warmer.
Advertised as a Belgian but tastes like the Belgian IPA I used to love in Qc. Fully Belgian with just the right bitterness at the end. The only caveat is that the aroma is a bit lacking on the citrus side.
Bottle at Home
Draft at Fresh Hop Ale Festival Yakima, WA
Hoppy with some bitterness; not offensive, but not really enjoyable either. It was missing a whole lot of something that I wanted, in the middle - reminded me of that one Sam Adams IPA.
Draft at Work
Darker than I expected, with a good amount of hop presence but also a well-balanced amount of toasty malt as well. Nice.
Draft at Work
Thin body comes off as watery, long thin bitterness.
Draft at Work
A smooth, light-bodied but not thin-tasting porter with a really nice bourbon barrel presence. Pleasantly enjoyable all the way through without anything that felt out of place. Thanks Jordan!!
Growler tasting at Odin Lounge
Smell: burnt caramel with some mustiness. Smooth taste all around. Acidic punchiness in the middle which transitions to a sweet-roast finish.
Growler tasting at Odin Lounge
I'm refraining from rating this bottle because I think it went bad. It just tasted kind of like a musty Belgian dubbel, and not at all how I remembered it. That's not to say I'm not misremembering, but...
Possibly the most disappointing entry that I have had to make. A stout that lacked any pleasurable characteristics.
Weak smell. Similar to a watered down coffee in ways. Thin profile but also means it's not syrupy but it comes off as a meek stout. Dry and clean taste and roasted bitters ending.
This beer has a powerful smoky flavor. It's a little overwhelming, bug still a decent beer.
