Odin's Wet Hop IPA is an unfiltered hop-showcase IPA. Bold pepper and pine flavors dominate the aroma while the finish has distinct hop bitterness. The beer was brewed with reckless amounts of classic Northwest hops and then conditioned in tank with over 30 pounds of Mosaic hops. While less stable than dried hops, wet hops can contribute unique and different fresh quality to beer.
