Logs for beers from this brewery

A very nice German pilsner, a definite step up from the previous two beers.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Sweet banana bread and a lot of yeasty tang to cut through the sweetness at the end.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Definitely a close relative of the Kristallweiss, so the differences are interesting. First, it's definitely stronger in alcohol. It's also somewhat murkier in flavor - more funk, not as bright. It is, however, still very nice. I don't know why you'd pick this over the other, though, unless you're trying to build up the courage to put on that Drindl.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Bright, unsweet, banana-spice biscuit flavor, I don't always like banana-spice, but when I do, it's this beer.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Flavorful, very fruity/yeasty for a German lager, I think. Very good, though.
Bottle at Odin Lounge
Refreshing, just a bit on the malty side but not too overpowering. Solid, almost citrus, grainy.
Scent is some citrus/orange zest .Bitter head. I really get more orange than banana in the taste. So, fruity what beer, strong on the banana .
This is a good, grassy/floral hefenweizen. I'm Not sure it it lives up to it's press .
Strong smell of wet cereals. Very strong cereal taste, maybe a little bit to strong. Ends on a slighly sweet note. Very little bitterness overral.
Dark, liquid molasses-cake. The slightest notes of spice and banana or raisin, but the bready character of the yeast is king here. Frothy head with thickish mouthfeel, prickly carbonation and a bit of metallic aftertaste. Filling and tasty.
Even though billed as "Oktoberfestbier", this seems like almost a "double pilsner" to me. Large malt presence leads to a great crisp finish.

I really liked this on first taste - clearly a helles, though not nearly as sweet as is typical for the style. Great cracker-like flavor and a mineral, dry finish followed by a wall of hop bitterness. That bitterness and minerality built up strongly through the glass, though, and detracted just a bit. I'll definitely have to give this one another chance.

Fresh banana and a yeastiness behind, smooth mouthfeel. Sweet finish. I prefer the Kristall weissbier.
Bottle at Home
Big coffee, nut, roasted malt flavors. Caramel hints as well. Rich fruit as it warms.

Similar flavor profile to the Schneider Weiss Tap 6 - but while that beer throws the flavors in your face, this beer provides them all on top of a full bodied Ale, allowing you to savor the beer on the palate and almost stumble across banana, clove, and caramel. While Schneider Weiss finishes sweet and funky (and overdone on both counts), this finish is clean with a hint of a the remarkable flavors lingering as a barely-detectable aftertaste.

Really refreshing beer, has kind of a banana taste.
Sweet-smelling. A clean, very pleasant, refreshing beer. The banana and spice are not overt but come out nicely as the finish fades away. I liked it a lot!
Solid Hefe, a little wheatier/funkier than their KristallWeissbier. In fact, pretty much just a stronger version of that. While that's crisp this tends towards sweet.

A really solid wheat beer. Intentionally lighter than the standard wheat makes it extremely easy drinking and smooth, but it doesn't sacrifice much flavor. No wheat funkiness but banana and nuttiness on the palate with a nice crisp finish (a bit of lasting wheatiness but not overpowering). I would keep this on hand at all times as a great wheat if it were a *bit* cheaper.

Lots of clove and banana and molasses, with an otherwise high-and-dry flavor. Overall, it was fairly pleasant, but I was hoping for just a touch more of a wheat body in there.
Slightly funky odor. Tastes faintly like a gingersnap cookie, cloves. Clean taste though thin, fizzy body.
