Logs for beers from this brewery

Tangy sour body, tangy coffee finish.
Bottle
Malty, with a lovely hint of lemon on the finish and nose.
Yeasty smell, sweet light body. Sweetness has a candy like element but not tacky.
Draft
Pleasing fine peppery spicy finishing taste. Good sweet cereal body. Bit of a sharp astringent quality and finishes with good sudsy hoppedness.
'Twas good, but not remarkable. Hit all the expected Belgian and Christmas ale notes.
Bottle at Xbeer One
Surprisingly light and smooth for a barrel aged stout.
Very smooth to open, with some clean chocolate notes. Finishes slightly bitter and with a noticeable chili kick, which builds up over time. Leaves the mouth feeling clean.
Spicy sweet-roast taste, moderately complex body taste and viscosity. Spiciness ads up over time and starts to linger more, but is overall pleasant.
Draft
Utter perfection.

First thought: whoa! Too much cloves! Funny thing is I was making my family's tourtière which also has cloves in it. I had it with the one we ate for dinner... Prefect match! Every family's tourtiere recipe is different but this is indeed a festive beer with mine.
Bottle at Home
Bubblegum and clove, with a bit of a rich, egg custard slash corn chip flavor.
Tons of wheat flavor!
Bottle
Dry, hop-fragrance forward pale / session IPA-type. Not much balancing malt to speak of.
Savory imperial cereal-tar body. Not viscous, thin but moderate to strong taste in the body. Dark cocoa finish.
Bottle
I guess this was here for the Northwest Beer Ladder? Tasty bourbon notes followed by toffee smoothness. Touch of hop spice on the finish, but very smooth and enjoyable.
Smells like a tripel, starts like a tripel, but transitions quickly into a strong-hop, spicy finish. Not especially Christmas-like at all. It was nice, but I'm having a hard time identifying the mood where I buy this instead of something else.
