Logs for beers from this brewery

Sweet, fruity, but not really along the direction of a sour, or even really a beer. It was nice to drink, but not like a beer.
More bitter and less flavor than the love of hops. But has a clear refreshing character that reminds me a bit of a good pils, except that there's some sweetness.
Draft at Paisans Pizzaria and Bar
So, this tasted like a very normal marzen that had been skunked. However the server (who notably was terrible at his job) made a sotto voce comment about it being tapped yesterday. So, it's possible it's just a very bad beer.
Draft at Arrowhead Golf Club
Draft at Hugo's Frog Bar and Fish House
Light but not watery, with a good flavor profile. Very drinkable.
Bottle at A Friend's
That moment when you think you've signaled the bartender to settle up but he thinks you want another...?
Draft at MDW
Big hops of the citrus-resin variety, with sweetish cereal in the finish. Would be nice except the finish is kind of unrelenting bitter. And that makes the alcohol more pronounced as well.
Draft at MDW
Belgian spice-heavy saison. Tasted a little boozy but did go well with strongly-flavored, fried food.
Pretty much exactly as described, I love hibiscus tea, so this did it for me too. Not overtly sweet and has the right tinge of tartness at the finish. I never forgot it was beer, either, which was nice.
A roasty enough beer that it was difficult to tell whether this was a schwarzbier or a porter. Slight bit of coffee on top. You have to admire the name, though!
A very nice pilsner of the clear body / end bitterness type. Not sweet nor overly malty.
I've been wanting to visit this brewpub for a long, long time. Fragrant, slightly fruity hops crossed with a crisp blonde ale body. I really enjoyed this!
Lots of clove and white pepper. Light banana and plum esters - this is not a citrusy witbier. Ends with wheat and a bit of nutty funk.
Scent of caramel. Taste of nasty cough syrup. Bleh.
Bottle at Work
Pretty subtle hibiscus. Probably good summer patio sipping with some tacos.
The hop juice comes across in the scen. Not overly bitter, though the bitterness is certainly there. It's really not too bad.
Effervescent, yet with a solid bitterness that lasts well after the sip. I'm not really sure how to characterize this.
Has a sweet-spicy scent like some sort of berry. A good mix of fruit and bitterness. It would be good, except that it tastes a little fake, like the flavoring is artificial, like something that would be added to a medicine. I don't know what it is, but it certainly drops my rating.
Interesting spicy scent. Which flows into the taste. Strong coriander with some orange zest.
Nice mix of dark beer and bourbon that I remember from the Bean Gene variant, but maybe with an overtone of sour cream that reminds me of Dragon's Milk. It was nice but kind of confusing. I kept wishing it were colder than room temperature.
Bottle at Xbeer One
Excellent, smooth, malty porter with a huge hit of bourbon sweetness. I'd compare it to my beloved Black Raven Splinters but with a dark, coffee-tinged soul.
