Our interpretation of this classic, French- style saison is naturally fermented at a higher temperature, which creates a more citrus hop character and a stronger, earthier aroma of spice than most traditional saisons.

Belgian spice-heavy saison. Tasted a little boozy but did go well with strongly-flavored, fried food.
Effervescent, yet with a solid bitterness that lasts well after the sip.
I'm not really sure how to characterize this.
