Logs for beers from this brewery

This is an excellent sour. Which coming from me is high praise. The fruit is just enough.
Delicious, sour, and beautiful.
Harsh, rough. Like they say, a strong ale. There's an almost pucker in there, but it's overwhelmed.
Rough and bitter, sort of like a very thick pils.
Draft at Red Robin
Scent is stout with "something". Taste is like a dry stout, which isn't something I'm used to. It's not bad, but it's not something that screams or to me to have more.
I'm not really a fan. Bitter with some herbal notes which just add up to bitter herbs. The nose is also bitter greens. As I get further into the bottle, there's a note of coriander, which really isn't helping.
Bottle at Home
Good sour with a hint of bitterness.
Bottle at A Friend's
Smells great, but drinking it makes the back of my mouth contract and other bad things to happen .
Smells strongly of coffee. The taste is like sweet maple mixed with coffee . It immediately starts to give me a headache from the alcohol content, but I'm happy all the way down.
Solid tripel flavor with honey, stonefruit, some murky yeastiness and a bit of candi sugar on top. The finish was kind of astringent, though, and got less and less pleasant over the course of the glass.
Tons of funk coming off this beer in the aroma... veering a little towards blue cheese. The dry tang and vegetal pumpkin dryness are very nice, but there is a really tongue-curling flavor always lurking behind the forefront flavors.
Bottle
Allagash Victor Ale (unknown release)
Opens like white grape juice, followed by a yeasty bitterness that turns into a candi sugar quad flavor.
A little too subtle for me.
Spice forward Belgian pale with a surprisingly overt hop character. Body was almost nonexistent and there was a weird musty odor to it as well.
Allagash Victoria Ale (unknown release)
Effervescent but strange. A little bitter, a little brackish. A little like a high mineral white wine.
Nose is coriander and wheat funk. Really crisp and drinkable white, with a strength of flavor that stood up to... well, let's just say my burger had truffle cheese, garlic aioli and braised short ribs on it.
Coriander and grapefruit citrus. I don't know.
Peppery and clearly Belgian, this otherwise tastes like molasses cake in a bottle; creamy and malty and warming and sweet. Probably because I know a lot more about beer in general, this was more enjoyable than the last time - by far.
