Scent is kind of grapey . Taste is somewhere between a sour and a port. Odd.
My first Flemish sour... yum. Tart and just a little sweet, and very smooth. I liked it enough I had two!
Draft at Oak, Seattle
Shows a very mild sourness for a sour. It presents a strong metallic smell. Thankfully the associated metallic flavor is really subtle. Has tart dark fruit flavors.
Sharp plum-vinegar-like tartness to open, which mildens quickly and opens out to a sweet malt / candi sugar finish. I appreciated the good balance between the sour and Belgian aspects, with only a lasting, tacky finish interfering with complete enjoyment.
Scent of its a hint of sour. Taste is masively ssour with a hint of bitterness. Theres not flavor that penetrates the sour.
