Definitely falls into the "We made an IPA lighter by watering it down" category of flavor. That the basic IPA seems tasty helps it out, though.

This tastes like a pilsner, maybe even a good pilsner, which someone has steeped in rice crispies, and then strained out. Just the strangest, most cereal, beer that I've ever tasted.
Draft
Yeasty-dry American wheat ale. Nice wheaty finish, but a lot of skunk on the nose that seemed to get worse very quickly over time.
Draft
The scent is actually that of a skunk in the distance. But the flavor is light, sweet, with a hint of citrus on the back end.
Draft
Holy cereal, Batman! The malt finish on this "pilsner" is faintly sweet and almost Cheerios-like in its cereal presence. It was so unusually over the top that I couldn't help but like it, but calling it a pilsner is a stretch. A bit of characteristic bitter finish closes.
Draft
This is like a mild IPA. the hops are of the grapefruit flavor, though it's really mild. I like it better than the tongue curling full IPA, but I still probably wouldn't go out of my way to get this.
Draft
Very thin, with a sweetish almost maple toffee sheen and maybe only a hint of whiskey. Flavor-wise it was pleasant enough. For the price and the hype, though, this was honestly a disappointment.
Draft
The most pumpkin-beery beer of the flight, with a good mix of pie spice and pumpkin complementing the light Belgian base. Definitely tasty, but the body was really thin & I found myself wishing for a little more... something. Slightly bitter on the finish.
Draft
Tart and refreshingly fruity, starts a bit like a pumpkin cider and then ends with an assertive citric bite. And nicely, the pumpkin character seems to come from pumpkin and not pie spice. Very clean and yummy!
Draft
People, they are not joking around about the cucumber here. The smell and taste open all cucumber seed, high and bitter (maybe also from the spices used), finishing slightly tart and dry. The overall impression is of an IPA where the bitterness and florality come from cucumber instead of hops.
Draft
A lavender pumpkin saison? You know I had to try this. The scent is identifiably lavender, but not overwhelming (thank goodness!) and mixes well into a apricot-like fruitiness. Dry saison fits the overall character, which finishes clean and tastes subtly of malt. But where's the pumpkin?
