Logs for beers from this brewery

Clear wine notes, like a cabernet sauvignon. Caramel. Clean finish.
Interesting. It does have a strong sourdough note mixed with something like a spicy hefeweizen.
Bubblegum on the scent; flavor is a very weird mix of estery, yeasty German weisse with high alpha bubblegum and grassy hop. I just couldn't make these flavors work together in my mind.
Sweet apricot, a little raisin. Very nice.
A smokey, coffee scent. Flavor is dark and slightly roasted, with hints of caramel.
Clean fruit flavors lead, giving way to a bit of wheat and a dry finish.
Bottle at Home
Ripe fruit and yeast lead and dominate with a sweet finish.

Lots of banana, as I got further into the bottle I was getting caramel towards the finish. Finish is sweet.
Bottle at Home
Superbly well-put-together beer; definite banana and clove and molasses, but with a thin, dry texture that prevents it from being cloying. Much less boozy-flavored than other doppelbocks. Yum!
Flavors are a bit muted. I prefer Hefes a little bit crisper. Nothing wrong with this one, it just doesn't stand out as a "wow" beer.
