This is one of our rarest birds. The KY Coco is the bourbon barrel version of our other rare bird Coco Jones. Based on the Tamerlane Brown Porter, this beer is aged for many months in bourbon barrels. After the barrel aging, we rack the beer to stainless and infuse it with toasted coconut.

Smells of bourbon sweetness, roasted malts and very subtle coconut. On the palate coffee and roasted malts lead to a deep bourbon flavor. Hints of coconut and a clean finish.
Smooth coconut flavor and pleasant bourbon follow through to finish. This beer is *very* drinkable.
Amazing smell of coconut and chocolate. Slightly dry on the opening, but the overall feeling is of sweetness, kissed with nice barrel complexity if not much bourbon. Lovely, drinkable, and perfect for a coconut nut.
