From the brewer

Severe Drought, we shared the farmer’s horror as Wisconsin’s cherry crop failed! Dan bought what cherries he could. The Apple crop fared better. Then joy! A grand Wisconsin cranberry harvest. What will Dan brew with Apples, Cranberries and Cherries? Oh my! You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale!

I've been told the apple makes this feel "less special," but I do like that the musty tart-sweet of the apple neutralizes any of the hints of syrup that a beer like the Belgian Red had. Both of these were Glarus-typical barely-beers, but quite pleasant.

I'm less prejudiced against the whole "barely a beer" crowd these days, although this is still - it's not tart or funky enough to be a sour, it's not even dry enough to be a cider. It's very much a fruit confection of a beer. But... it's really tasty, like a cross between a Martinelli's and a really, really light wheat beer.
Well today this didn't blow my socks off but it's still tasty.

Extremely tasty. Nice fruitiness and sourness.

I don't actually like beer aftertaste so maybe this was a given...but I liked the fruitiness before it got icky
Very fruity, I think I liked it, but I wouln't drink too much of it.
Has the taste of a sparkling apple cider with a slight hint of cranberry tartness. Like the Belgian Red, it's really hard to tell this is a beer or even alcoholic, but unlike that one, this is maybe a little too sweet. It took a long time to clear the taste out of my mouth.
Lovely fruit, just a hint of sour. I think this might actually be better than the Belgian Red.
