Fresh and light in scent, like a decent prairie sprinkled with fresh lemons. Taste is similar, strong notes of lemon rinds and cold fresh water. I like this a lot as a Summer beer. No out of place fruit additive, just a refreshing beer.
Draft
A very smooth red ale. Somewhat dry, neither particularly bitter not malty.
Draft
Somewhat bitter for your average Oktoberfest/Marzen, but otherwise has the standard slightly sweet taste.
Draft
A darkly bitter roast, like very old coffee beans. There's a hint of make under that, with a tone that reminds me a little off a soft drink
Draft
Brought unasked. It's almost like they noticed me working my way through their beer list. :-) I was able to identify it as their IPA from the smell alone (the waiter dropped it off with only the word "enjoy"). Tastes strongly of hop juice. That said, it's not really bitter, just hoppy, and I don't think that's because I was on my 4th quarter-liter of their beers. This is a perfectly reasonable IPA, and actually strongly reminds me of the Two Brother's Hop Juice (Hop Centric?) those times I really liked it.
Draft
An effervescent sweet maltiness that travels into my sinuses on the first sip. Highlights that remind me of roast bananas (if I had ever had such a thing). Scent is of understated and unidentifiable fruit. I kind of feel that this is what the Two Brother's Night Cat is trying to be.
Draft
This appears to be somewhat stout-like. Toasty but mild, and impressive balance between the bitter hops and the malt such that I notice neither immediately.
Draft
Extremely bitter, like a Pilsner on steroids. Little else comes through, though I suppose it is clear and smooth if you can get past that.
