From the brewer

We introduce a new special guest in our brewery. It is India Pale Ale (IPA) and its history comes from Great Britain. IPAs was brewed for long distance transports to India and with its high bitterness was inspiration for European brewmasters to create bitter lagers. Our IPA is top-fermented beer brewed from Czech ingredientes and two kinds of American hops (Amarillo and Cascade). It combines full malt body with high hop bitterness and hoppy aroma. All the year round.

Who's been drinking this

Brought unasked. It's almost like they noticed me working my way through their beer list. :-) I was able to identify it as their IPA from the smell alone (the waiter dropped it off with only the word "enjoy"). Tastes strongly of hop juice. That said, it's not really bitter, just hoppy, and I don't think that's because I was on my 4th quarter-liter of their beers. This is a perfectly reasonable IPA, and actually strongly reminds me of the Two Brother's Hop Juice (Hop Centric?) those times I really liked it.
