Logs for beers from this brewery

Thick and chewy imperial stout with plenty of rich chocolate and roasty flavors, with some real Belgian complexity coming in to round out the flavors. Nothing typical about it either; I think I picked out anise, smoke, and plenty of herbacious notes. Very tasty.
Smell started slightly burned wood but then the peat came out. Not getting much peat on the taste, more mellow caramel.
Full, complex Belgian. Not too sweet.
Mellow, complex, dubbel-style brown ale, aromatic of plums and dates, nice carbon. Delicious, all-moods beer.
Very unusual, woody & smoky, utterly transformed Embrasse, with whisky very much in evidence. Lots of sediment, low carbon. Like Fat Woody's crazy uncle.
The 2011 oak aged version was excellent also. Only aged oak beer that had clear whiskey finish. It was like drinking Ardbeg 10.
Bottle
Bottle fermented malt only beer aged from 2010. It is a warm with hint of plums, dates and carmel.
