Slightly sweet, slightly brackish, slightly iffy . Almost like a barrel aged . Odd, not really to my taste .

Smells of sweet chocolate, yes, but also pungent and yeasty in a way that reminds you of its Belgianness. Flavor is sweet, like smooth milk chocolate. Never really got around the rest of the flavor though. Others liked it a lot more than I did.

Sour and fruity taste. A head that is effervescent without carrying any actual event. I like it.

Smooth dark, a good quadruple base with a fair amount of sweetness and a hint of coffee on top. It's not actually better than a St. Bernardus because it's a little busy, but it's still quite good.

A great coffee nose and a good lingering finish, sweet but not overly so. Nice balance.

Caramel and candied fruits attack as expected, drier finish than expected. Quite pleasant!
