It smells like an IPA mixed with a wheat beer. And it tastes pretty much the same. It's really not that bad.

Fragrant smell, but more like soap than flowers. The taste picks up some of that soapiness doesn't mix well with the IPAness.

Both beer type characteristics felt diluted. As if they were fighting instead of playing together.

This beer tasted like somebody mixed a hefeweizen and an IPA and somehow still ended up with two beers. It was ... good? Maybe? I'm confused.
