From the brewer

Hale’s Ales, with its line of “Cream Ales” was the first craft brewery in America to produce nitrogen-conditioned beers. Cream Ale has a soft texture, tasty malt and hop flavors, is nicely balanced and easy to drink. Its nitrogen conditioning produces a creamy head that is as fascinating to watch form as it is delightful to sip.

Who's been drinking this

Bland, mostly unremarkable and... totally flat....
What happens when you add nitro to a light beer? It floats. That's what.
Very light, with very subtle carbon and a lemony tang leading into bright wheaty goodness. Nitro still isn't my thing, but this was yummy.
