Mmm mmm.

Mild and creamy. Not very chocolatey or roasty .Pretty reasonable though.

Out tastes very much like a pilsner, and a fairly clear one, but it is sweet and fruity rather than super bitter. Which my czech friends would consider a travesty. But as an American, I actually like the flavor.

It's lighter than I expected, but it still has that hint of barrel aging that just does me in.

Light and clear with a hint of some mild spice that I can't really identify. Coriander, perhaps?

A light oaking, though not to the cloying off-caramel that I tend to hate. I consider it not bad. I expect connisours of barrel aged beers to really like it.

My second Innis & Gunn and a total winner. Tasty. Smooth. Light oak prefect for a cold Chicago night with friends
