The house beer here, so I had to get it. An herbal, medicinal pale. Bitter and not super enjoyable. I should have gotten the Bosk Helles instead!

Smell of dry chocolate. Sour tang finish.

You get the whiskey through the maple syrup and the barrel as background

Light smell. Sweet, sweet start. But it disappears quickly-- with the carbonation it's like a slightly sweet soda. Clean taste, slight finishing tack. This is a sweet beer I can get behind.

Nitro growler IPA. Lighter blueberry flavor, hops have a chance to shine.

Labeled a hybrid beer. Crisp and clean body. Sour tail. Hard to find the cereal body beyond the wine taste making it.

I guess my palate has changed since because I like it a lot more today.
