Logs for beers from this brewery

Solid, but in this crowd that makes it slightly of little note.
Had all the right words and color, but the taste was strongly 'ick'. It didn't make me a happy face. It has likely been aging at home for a while in the fridge - up to a year. So I'm willing to blame it on a bad batch/bottle/storage and try it once more just to see if this was an anomaly.
Bottle at Home
A tan ale with a crisp, dry flavor and a really interesting mix of spices... primarily cinnamon, but also cocoa and... chile? I really liked this.
Started off with an unexpected hit of vinegary tartness, followed by a nice mix of dried stonefruit and vanilla. Still, that opening bite was a bit much. Maybe in a different mood.
Smells faintly pruny tastes like a tart pruny cherry raisiny fizzy soda.
Nice thin acidic start. Middle is roasty toasty. Fishes with slight tang and coffeeish flavor
Frighteningly drinkable, with strong caramel and bourbon. Distinct improvement on the unaged version.
