Scent of Baker's chocolate. Taste is like bitter chocolate, which is actually rather well done. Don't expect roast or coffee here, but if you want an interesting, well done stout, this is it.
A pie spice beer of the creamy-sweet variety. Appealing notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and top of vanilla, maybe? The pumpkin lends a bit of vegetal earthiness to the finish, but it does bog down into a... well, muddy kind of yeasty murk to finish.
A really appealing odor of pumpkin spice. However, the pumpkin spice carries strongly into the taste where it clashes horribly with the light beer taste. Overall it's somewhat offputting.
It was pointed out that this might be summed up as "too much nutmeg"
