Fragrant, citrus-pine IPA, super-fresh smell. Sweetish cereal comes in as the hops fade away, although after the first few sips it does start building bitter again. Very fine IPA.

Still like it

Everything I look forward in an IPA. Strong hoppiness, with crisp and marked citrus flavors (Grapefruit, lemon). One of my favorite IPAs.

Very characteristic taste of a northwest IPA with the level of bitterness of an eastern one. I really liked its pepperiness.

A bit disappointed by this one. It is good but the bourbon is a bit timid and the scotch ale could use a little depth. Tastes more like a bourbon barrel brown ale. It was a good pairing with dessert.
