Logs for beers from this brewery

Light, with a recognizable but not overwhelming barrel/whiskey flavor. I realize I was six drinks in and my taste buds were probably shot, but this is the one that probably most suited the goblet (and pairing with lunch, which was a quite serviceable philly cheesesteak equivalent).
Medium tart, unrecognizable fruit (berry?) but really lets the Syrah come through. Only had a taster’s worth.
Nicely paired with the Cuban sandwich. A hearty, tad sweet stout that warmed on a cold rainy day.
Very floral but really perfect for a hot summer evening
Holy coffee batman. Yet light on the pallet. This would go well with chocolate cake.
A very pleasant, bland American hefe, overpowered by the slice of lemon that accompanied it.
Probably biased the taste buds by having this next to last but it seemed too mellow to me
A pretty standard coffee-ish stout. No real problems. Your standard 4 rating.
An exercise in funk without any malt backbone. I can't imagine drinking this by itself, but it is a good foil for food.
If there was an exact center of the road, this would be centered on that.
Bog standard IPA, which makes it better than their regular IPA.
Eh. A little lower than the demolition.
A bit shocked to taste chocolate. Kinda jarring
Pithy & candy-like are the two main impressions I have of this beer. Not my favorite.
Better than the typical IPA but not really my style. It is pretty complex for what it's worth, just in a way that isn't as compelling to me.
Strong Belgian spice but balanced and not too dry. Subtly piney, which I think translates into the smoky finish. Slight bitterness.
Smooth surprisingly complex for a lighter beer. Would be a good go to beer for summer.
More flavorful than other blondes I've had recently. Tastes like a steam beer, with some grassy funk and nice malty clean finish.
