We built this beer on a foundation of German Pilsner and specialty malts to highlight the robust flavors produced by both. Lightly hopped with a Michigan grown version of Saaz and cleanly fermented by a traditional German lager strain, Uncut Gem has struck a perfect balance of malt and hop. Easy drinking and thirst quenching at 5.9% ABV, this beer is great for a hot summer afternoon or a cool fall evening.
