Brewed with Pilsner Malt and a touch of Vienna. Saphir hops play second fiddle to the pilsner malt’s sweetness and gentle honey notes. Light bodied, light colored, and crystal clear, The Cannery is super crushable.

A little oily. Not sure I like the initial flavor, which is danker, skunkier than expected, which combines with a brackish texture to not seem all that quaffable Right finish though.
