This beer was brewed with a base of Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts then fermented using lager yeast. It is malt forward, with a light sweetness and toasty flavor, but long, cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean finish. It's got all of the flavor and satisfaction of a big winter beer, but without all the heaviness and noise.

Light and caramel, but backed by a strong grassy bitterness. A little bit roasty. Anyway, I appreciated the assertiveness of this beer, took it up to enjoyment.
