The 2021 Maple Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Demon Star was aged in JP Trodden Rye Whiskey barrels that previously held maple syrup. Aromas and flavors of sweeet vanilla, milk chocolate ganache, toasted brown sugar, and baking spices. Best served at cellar temperature or above.

Very delicious. Not too sweet, just a hint of maple, a nut-butter overtone. You can definitely feel the strength over time but it's balanced, not over-the-top.
