From the brewer

Bell's Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale.

Who's been drinking this

Really quite nice; maybe I’ve matured as a beer drinker. Dry, clean finish. Starts grapefruit-pine, a hint of cereal, pithy but not highly bit.
Yuck. Grapefruit and bitter
Bottle at Work
Much better than I remember it, and right after the Oberon the familial connection is quite clear. Grapefruit-leaning IPA with a good malt. I didn't detect it as being any more bitter than the Oberon, though the hops were otherwise more pronounced.
Can at Xbeer One
Always a good beer on a hot day. Crisp, clean, and doesn't forget that you need a bit of malt underneath the hops.
Not really what I expected from an IPA. Clear, golden, and hop-fragrant but also malty with a hint of some kind of round fruit on the nose. Summery and drinkable but didn't make a huge impression on me.
