A creamy, dark beer that is not overly sweet and is lightly carbonated to accentuate its smoothness. It has subtle hints of chocolate and roasted malt with a smooth, clean finish. Our taproom manager calls it "our adult milkshake".

Based on my previous log, this is helped by not being on nitro. It is still a fairly bitter beer for what is ostensibly a smooth (or at least sweet) style. It's neither of those things.
Watery and rooty, which isn’t helped by nitro. A big disappointment after the Holy Mountain earlier today.
