Our first SMaSH IPA! What is a SMaSH IPA, you ask? Simple — Single Malt and Single Hop. I said it was simple! 100% pale ale malts are combined with a whole mess of Centennial hops for a light-medium maltiness and a refreshing hop kick. Careful not to down too many... you might end up getting SMaSHed!

Tastes Belgian. Clove, white pepper. Rooty hops at the end but this has more in common with the hefe than the pale.
