With ten acres of floor space, the powerhouse presently holds seventeen huge generators that use the water brought in by the penstocks to produce nearly 3 million horsepower. We use a tremendous amount of hop-power to produce this exceptional ale. It takes over eight pounds of Perle and Cascade to make just five barrels. Roasted barley and two-row brewers malt give this ale it’s deep golden color.

Fragrant pale. Rooty flavor, rooty, bitter finish. Bit of sourness, that yeast again, though it doesn't dominate.
