From the brewer

This tasty beer is straight out of the copper-lined kettle at the Anderson School Brewery. A vigourous boil in a copper kettle caramelizes the sweet malts, bringing out a bolder flavor. This ESB is an English pub favorite, filled with rich, toasted malts and generous additions of American Hops, like Idaho 7 and Chinook, to balance out the palate.

Who's been drinking this

Seemed like a fairly generic, amberish, lightly hoppy beer.
This is good. Sharp bitterness cut through with a sharp sweetness which I guess is the result of the cooking? In any case, really good!
