Hellbent Brewing’s Northwest Pilsner is light lager brewed with North American Malts and hopped with northwest hops. The hops used were Lemondrop, Crystal, and Meridian. This beer finishes with a bit more hops than a “usual” pilsner, but it still has a crisp, dry finish and slight bready malt flavor typical of the style

Dryish, mineral pilsner. Sheen of northwest hop at the opening, although it doesn't dominate the overall flavor.
