I'm guessing the only difference between my previous log and this one is the flatness. This was decently carbonated and it offset the bitterness a bit (although it was still quite bitter). Probably made it less authentic though.

Slight honey graham opening. Pleasant, biscuity flavor, but finishes quite bitter, and together with the somewhat flat texture added up to a "meh."
