Pike Saison Houblon is our take on a farmhouse-style ale. We make our Pike Saison Houblon with Belgian Saison yeast and add hops for citrus and fruity notes. This beer pours light and golden with a medium mouthfeel and just the right amount of hop character and aroma.

Very nice, fruity, floral smell, but the flavor is banana-clove with an acrid and slightly chemical finish. Asphalt comes to mind.
