Gose ("Goes-uh") is a traditional German sour ale. Once almost extinct, this beer is brewed with lactobacillus, salt and coriander to make a refreshingly crisp brew with lemon notes and a vibrant salinity. The first ever beer we canned!

Very solid gose with a non-fruity sourness, fairly tart, with a lightly-sweetish wheat funk and salty finish. Really nice flavors.
