Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This dry-hopped California Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state.

Corn and cereal biscuit body with a fairly hoppy finish where a light sweet taste remains.
I really liked this. It had the fragrant complex opening of a good pale ale with a strong cereal body and lager-like funky tang. The finish was just a touch on the bitter side, but this was nice, like a high-class steam beer.
