Now who doesn't like a big ol' woody? These classic cars are still highly sought after for their rare and unique beauty. What did you think we were talking about? This is our biggest beer! This Oatmeal (or as we say around here Oakmeal) stout is aged on medium-toasted oak for about 6 weeks. The aging really mellows this brew giving it a smooth, creamy flavor with hints of vanilla and bourbon.

It's not mentioned anywhere, but this beer has a very pronounced coffee & cream flavor, and it's a good coffee. This is in the general neighborhood of a Sump in terms of excellent coffee stouts, even if it doesn't quite reach that level.
