A collaboration with Chef Brian Scheehser of the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, WA. Our Fool’s Golden Ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels with 40 pounds of blackberries and 1/2 a pound of thyme, all grown at Chef Brian’s farm, for 2 months. Thyme and oak are strong in the aroma with a fruity flavor finishing slightly tart.
