Saison de L’Evolution, French for “Evolution of the Season”, is a hazy Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale that is dry and crisp with plenty of fruitiness complemented by a spicy bitterness. It’s brewed with dried orange and lemon peel, coriander, candied ginger and a Belgian Farmhouse Ale yeast from Wyeast Lab’s private collection. As the first Saison ever bottled by Lompoc, it represents the brewery’s commitment to change and evolution in the brewing industry and beyond.
